FOH Supervisor (Growth Path to Manager)
Hands-on leader for our barista bar, floor, and guest experience. You’ll guide the team during service, set the tone for hospitality, and help shape Copperleaf’s culture.
Baristas & Counter Staff
Bring energy, attention to detail, and warmth to every guest interaction. Experience with specialty coffee is a plus, but curiosity and passion for learning matter most.
Servers / Floor Staff
Support our dining guests with friendly, attentive service. Help create memorable moments while working closely with both FOH and BOH teams.
Sous Chef (Savory Lead)
Lead our savory kitchen, working alongside our Executive Bread & Pastry Chef to bring Copperleaf’s savory menu to life. Ideal for a strong sous or senior line cook looking to grow into a leadership role.
Line Cooks & Prep Cooks
Execute dishes with consistency, speed, and pride. Perfect for cooks who want to sharpen their skills in a supportive and creative kitchen.
Pastry Assistants & Bakers
Work side-by-side with our Executive Bread & Pastry Chef on breads, viennoiserie, and pastries. Attention to detail and a love for baking are required.
